LOST OR DAMAGE IN THE MAIL

You don't need to worry about your money. All parcels are insured. For tracking the route of your parcel, we will provide you with the tracking number. Note that the tracking information is updated with some delay (sometimes of several days), so please don’t worry.

Remember: the parcel you have received should not have external damages or signs of opening. If you notice any damage or signs of opening, ask the delivery service to enter this event.

If the parcel of your individual order (Exclusive Paintings) is lost during delivery, we will send you another instance of this Painting for free. In terms of quality and content, this instance will not differ from the lost one. The printing will be made from the same file.

Should the mail lose the parcel with the Painting of Limited Edition prints series, we either will offer and send you another instance (number) of the same edition for free or fully refund your payment.

If you receive the Painting in damaged condition, please let us know and please attach photos, which show the damage and its character within 3 days.
