    BENEFITS OF ONE-BIT IMAGES.

One of the main remarkable features of One-bit images (except for small file sizes) is the maximum convenience of use and editing.

The pixels of One-bit images taken (by default) have the one of two possible states: the "conditional black" and the "conditional white" and looks like a normal black and white images. However, is not difficult to change any of the basic colors in an image to any other, including a fully "transparent." And it is possible to implement directly even in vector graphics editors (such as CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator). These programs (in terms of color) are perceive the one-bit images as a vector shapes and, therefore, for painting these images is sufficient to use standard tools and commands: to fill the shape and fill a path (stroke). Accordingly, if we apply the "zero" fill, the corresponding area of one-bit image will be transparent.
